  • Zebra Class Multi-skills 13th March.

    On Thursday 13th March, Zebra Class will be attending a Multi-skills event at Lincroft Academy. Can children please come in to school wearing their PE kits and suitable outer wear. Please send your child in with a packed lunch and a water bottle.

  • World Book Day - Thursday 6th March

    We would like to invite children to dress up as a book character, if they wish. There is no pressure to do this, normal school uniform is fine.

    We would also love to invite any willing parents, carers, grandparents to come into school to read a favourite book to the children at around 9am. Please contact Mrs Smith or the office if you are interested. Thank you

  • Pony visit - Friday 14th February

    Keysoe International are going to bring two of their cuddle ponies to school on Friday 14th February to see the children. 

    KI will be taking photos of the event to use in their publicity. We are already aware that some children are not to be photographed, and we will make sure that they are not included in any taken. 

    If you are not happy with your children's photo being used for publicity by Keysoe International, please could you contact the office to let us know before the 14th February so we can make sure your child/ren are not in any photos taken while the ponies are here with us.

  • Drawing Contest for each Class

    The School Council are running a Class animal drawing contest to get new posters for each of the classes.  

    Monday 10th Feb 2025 - Tuesday 25th Feb 2025

    KS1 (Monkeys and Meerkats) can draw or colour a picture of their class animal to enter.

    KS2 (Zebras and Lions) must draw a picture of their class animal.

    It needs to be A4 size. It can be in any medium you choose (felt tips, coloured pencils, paints, pastels) and it can be in black and white or colour.

    There will be a prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each class and all winning entries will be displayed in school.  Everyone entering will get 2 house points for having a go!

  • Last Hot Chocolate Friday

    Tomorrow will be the last ☕ Hot chocolate Friday of this school year.

    Friends of Kymbrook will be serving hot chocolate after school tomorrow for £1.

    ♻️ To avoid so much cup waste, we are encouraging children to bring in their own cup. To say thank you, they'll get a chocolate biscuit with their hot choccy!

    We will have cups (without lids) if they do forget. Thank you.

  • SHINE BRIGHT, WEAR BRIGHT on Friday 7th February.

    We would like to invite children to SHINE BRIGHT, WEAR BRIGHT on Friday 7th February.

    This can be anything they like, such as brightly coloured clothing, wigs, glitter etc. As always, please ensure that whatever your child chooses is appropriate for a day at school and that they will be warm enough on the playground. A suggested donation of at least £1 will enable CHUMS to support even more children in the future. Thank you.
